Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. All orders will be despatched by priority mail and will be covered by Insurance.
2. Please allow 28 days for processing and delivery.
3. All returns must have a Returns Authorisation Number. To obtain an Authoristaion Number and return instructions send an email to westmid.gc@virgin.net with a Subject of 'Print Returns'.
4. Returns will be subject to a 20% processing fee.
